Mini Trampoline the Only Piece of At Home Workout Needed

Trampoline could be the only most effective workout you need! Here are the benefits of rebounding and some online workouts you can follow. 

My daughter only went to school for 3 months in 2020. The rest of the time she was at home with my very active toddler. Both my kids are really active and are early rises. On a daily basis every morning they would go to the park and also in the evenings. But because of the lockdown, it has been hard for them. So my husband decided to surprise us with a new trampoline! It was the best exercise equipment ever! Did you know in Japan the sale of trampoline was at an all time high rapidly during the first corona outbreak. 

So why is trampolining such a good workout? 

The perfect at-home workout and affordable purchase. I bought mine here! It didn’t take that much space in my apartment. It is the most fun, easiest way to start a workout! I could just blast a song and start hopping away on the trampoline. I suggest you also put up a good sports bra while doing it. The fun workout video I’ve been following is by Hip Shake Fitness. Easiest way towards a slim figure 

My personal goal was to get back my pre baby body. I’ve gained 25 kg from my first pregnancy and 15 kg from my second pregnancy. I was determined to get back my body. I really cannot do diets. I can’t believe one week into it I’ve lost almost 4kg! Trampoline is more effective than any cardio workout. I just needed to do 10 minutes of the trampoline and my heart was pounding like I ran a 1km. I was sweating and I didn’t have any body aches, pains days after the workout. 

Low impact on joints 

Did you know 20 minutes of jumping on the trampoline is equivalent to an hour of running. Since the rebounding is absorbed by the spring. It’s a low impact exercise that is kind on our joints. It was a great workout for me after my accident. My hip was weak and I couldn’t jog like before. I was beyond sad that I had to take a break from my morning runs. But with this trampoline I could get the same impact workout as my morning runs minus the impact on my hips and my joints.

Detoxifier for the body 

The lymphatic system is the second circulatory system so instead of blood circulating, it is circulating lymph. Lymph is a fluid containing infection-fighting white blood cells. The Lymphatic system helps keep you alive by getting rid of our body’s unwanted toxins and waste. By bouncing on the trampoline it starts  activating your lymph system where no other exercise could. It helps with the detoxing of your body when you start bouncing it ensures the lymph system to start moving. The only way to encourage the lymphatic fluid is through muscle contractions. The bouncing encourages the muscle to move better to keep the detoxing of the system.

Since I was young, my back was a “S” curve. I was in so much pain, I just got used to it all my life. My pregnancy was the worst! In just a couple of weeks of rebounding I could totally and improve my posture and my back did not curve as much as before. Even my parents, both physiotherapists, were impressed with the improvement of my back. I felt finally free from my years of struggling with back pain. My back is finally straight and stronger. Plus, I did grow almost 7 cm taller. I use to put ice and hot packs every week. Now I don’t even need to!
